What it’s about
Dutch Design Week is committed to the development and exchange of expertise and talent, and thereby explicitly invites different perspectives. The design profession increasingly focuses on social and other relevant issues. That is why we have introduced five missions: subjects that reflect what our society needs and that drive a lot of designers:
Dutch Design Week is one of the world’s leading design events. Showcasing the work and ideas of over 2,600 designers, DDW attracts more than 300,000 visitors from around the globe. Spread across 110+ locations in the city, the event features a great variety of exhibitions, lectures, award ceremonies, events, debates, and festive gatherings.
