Bistro Calypso

Bistro Calypso, the vegan hotspot in Eindhoven, is situated in a beautiful building on the square on the corner of Stratumseind ​​and Oude Stadsgracht. Come dine with us, and experience the ambiance of our stylish, contemporary restaurant. We have been 100% plant-based for over 5 years. We strive to make vegan food accessible to a wide audience, and to give our guests a great experience. We have been succesful at this; Calypso won several prizes! (including Restaurant of the Year in the municipality of Eindhoven and Best Vegetarian Restaurant in the Netherlands.) During DDW we will serve the revolutionary 3D-printed steak from Redefine Meat from Best, and of course we will also have our popular dishes such as the Kapsalon with vegan kebab , and our chef's Tapas dinner!
