Phood kitchen is the world's first aquaponic farm restaurant, where local food is grown using innovative technologies. We grow vegetables in our own 250m2 urban farm / community garden, in the middle of the city in a monumental milk factory on the former campina site (de Caai). With Phood we introduce the 'Phood standard' where pure, unprocessed and hyperlocally-ecologically grown vegetables are the new standard. In the restaurant, plant-to-plate bowls are served that nourish, restore and energize your body - functional restorative food. You can book a farm tour from 15 people, followed by a personalized plant-to-plate meal.
