DDW Music Festival
DDW Music Festival embraces the Dutch Design Week tradition of bringing the new, unheard and unseen to Eindhoven.

DDW Music Festival

October is just around the corner. While the city of Eindhoven is getting ready to house one of Europe’s biggest design events, others are preparing for the night. With over 335,000 visitors the city’s population will double for over a week. During the day, exhibitions, conventions, shows and other ways of celebrating design will take over the city. But how do you have a good time during this week of design once the sun sets? That is where DDW Music Festival comes in.

DDW Music Festival embraces the Dutch Design Week tradition of bringing the new, unheard and unseen to Eindhoven. This fourth edition has a carefully curated line-up that is full of exciting, genre defying acts. Whether hip hop, indie rock, synth wave, singer-songwriters, post-punk or electronic music tickles your fancy, it is all in there. The curators have made sure the entire musical spectrum is represented with the emphasis on artists that do not restrict themselves to one straightforward style of creating and performing.

The array of venues has also been expanded. Three exciting new venues make a total of eleven locations spread throughout the city, from music halls to bars and ateliers, will house over 90 shows. This makes DDW Music Festival the perfect way to thoroughly explore the city and dive into Eindhoven’s nightlife.

DDW Festival tickets grant you access to all the DDW locations as well as DDW Music Festival. Ticket sales start September the 5th.
