Renault presents the Renault EZ-ULTIMO

10 October 2018

Robo-vehicle boasting a premium mobility experience

The automotive industry is standing on the threshold of a new era in which various trends will be intertwined. Renault has developed its own vision based on the Design and Easy Life brand promise. We leverage design to place priority on making our customers’ everyday lives easier. Whether it’s a passenger car, a commercial vehicle or a concept car, Renault believes the future of mobility will be electric, autonomous and – increasingly – shared.

Trilogy of concept cars

This year Renault is the first automobile manufacturer to present a trilogy of concept cars that explore the possibilities of future shared mobility. Renault is completing its trilogy with the EZ- ULTIMO (pronounced as ‘EASY ULTIMO’). The EZ-ULTIMO is based on the same platform as the EZ-GO, the first vehicle in this series that shows what shared urban mobility could look like. Next up was the EZ-PRO that brought our vision of last mile delivery to life. Our new EZ-ULTIMO adds the finishing touch to the trilogy as a passionate and powerful robo-vehicle. It’s a premium mobility solution that offers everyone the chance to enjoy an extraordinary and unique experience. The EZ-ULTIMO gives travelling an entirely new meaning.

The Renault EZ-ULTIMO drives autonomously, is 100% electric and connected. The luxurious robo-vehicle is designed to be offered as a service. This could be for a specific trip or it could be reserved for a day. Users can reserve the EZ-ULTIMO in a number of different ways. Standing in sharp contrast to the rectangular look of other robo-vehicles, Renault EZ-ULTIMO sports an exciting MPV body that fits in with the world of premium automobiles.
