MU Hybrid Art House
MU Hybrid Art House is all about art in the broadest sense of the word. MU is not about what art is, but what art can be: it explores this together with mainly young makers and a broad, international audience. MU is dedicated to bio art and design for several months every year. The exhibitions are organised around the Bio Art & Design (BAD) Award: a competition for artists and designers who push the boundaries between art and science, in close collaboration with Dutch researchers. The award encourages the fast-growing group of young artists whose work focuses on exploring the new possibilities offered by life sciences. Dutch Design Foundation is a loyal partner of the BAD Award.
