The Regio Deal therefore focuses on three pillars: distinctive facilities, attracting and retaining talent (at all levels of education) and innovations with social impact. In total, the cabinet is investing 130 million euros over four years via the Regio Deal. In addition, the region itself is investing 240 million. All 26 projects are now underway. Decisions on the funding of (sub)projects are made carefully by Brainport Foundation on the basis of independent advice.
