Healing Inscape: Sacrifice & Rebirth

This project explores self-healing from trauma through 3D art. It visualizes artist's subconscious, blending psychotherapy with art to create inner landscapes. The work addresses personal and universal challenges, offering a safe space to release emotions and foster psychological growth.

Personal and Societal Struggles

This work explores the psychological journey of separating from family while seeking personal identity. Artist captures memories of suffocating family arguments and the loneliness and helplessness felt due to conservative hometown values. These experiences prompt a deeper reflection on societal norms, with her work authentically recreating dreamlike scenes that symbolize their inner world and mental states.

Communication Limitations

The artist, she identifies language as a restrictive tool for communication, particularly within family dynamics, leading to misunderstandings and contributing to depressive tendencies. As a visual artist, she contemplates the potential of visualizing her thoughts and feelings to bridge these communication gaps and enhance mutual understanding within her family.

Art as Therapy

Inspired by the concept of inscape in art therapy, the artist uses 3D art as a medium to visualize her inner world. This approach provides a rich, multi-dimensional environment for self-expression, allowing both the artist and the audience to explore and process emotions and experiences. By leveraging depth and spatial design, 3D art fosters a deeper connection to inner thoughts and feelings through detailed visual representation and interactive elements.
